This kit is necessary to mount the Security Drawer in a Ford Escape Hybrid. The jack and battery cooling system air filter are still accessible with the drawer mounted. The high voltage battery disconnect switch is still accessible when the drawer is removed from the enclosure. Kit raises drawer approximately 1/2 inch above carpet for air circulation around battery.
